The next AGM will take place on the 11th of October, at 17h, followed by a potluck dinner. The deadline to receive any motion affecting the Constitution is the 18th of September. Any other motions should be received at the latest 48 hours before the meeting, i.e., 9th of October at 17h.

We would also like to remind members that anyone is welcome to seek a nomination to become a committee member up until the AGM itself.
