OVERVIEW

The first performance by what was initially called the English Speaking Amateur Operatic Society took the form of a theatre workshop at the International School in Chêne-Bougeries. The first part comprised various musical numbers, the second was a concert version of Gilbert and Sullivan's Trial by Jury.
