WHO'S READY FOR A BALL?We certainly are! Thank you for your interest in auditioning for Cinderella. GAOS is excited to produce the classic fairytale Cinderella, with all of the fun and laughs of a pantomime. Rehearsals begin 21 September 2021, with 9 performances over 26 November - 5 December 2021. Rehearsals take place at GAOS HQ; Performances at Theatre de Marens. PLEASE NOTE: You must SIGN-UP for an audition time slot by following the link below. You do not need to be a GAOS member in order to audition but you must join in order to participate in the production, if cast. |

- Fill out your audition form
- Select your audition time and date
A few minutes after submitting your audition form, you should receive a confirmation email with links to all the audition information:
- What to do on the audition day
- The song and script excerpts to prepare
- The rehearsal and performance schedule
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please look first in your spam folder. If it still does not exist, you may not be scheduled for an audition and so please email auditions@gaos.ch to ensure your audition time.

| CINDERELLA | Kind-hearted and innocent...Principal Girl. (Female) |
| BUTTONS | Page-boy at Hardship Hall – mainly a comedy part, but genuine and warm, with a soft spot for Cinderella. A bit on the silly side but more savvy than the usual “Simple Simon” type. Has a good rapport with the audience. (Male) |
| BARON HARDUP | Cinderella’s father, Horace – good natured, hen-pecked and slightly comical. (Male) |
| BARONESS | Cinderella’s new stepmother, Rubella – a bit of a battle-axe. (Female) |
| GERTUDE & GRIZELDA | The Ugly Sisters – Cinderella’s stepsisters. Comical, but with wicked intent. Our outrageously funny Dames. (Male) |
| PRINCE CHARMING | Typical Prince character. (Female) |
| DANDINI | The Prince’s Valet. (Female) |
| BODGET & LEGGETT | A pair of barmy builder/developers – typical panto knock-about comedy twosome. (Male or Female) |
| FAIRY GODMOTHER | Cinderella’s Fairy Godmother. (Female) |
| CHAMBERS | The Lord Chamberlain – A Royal Official. (Male or female) |
