Rehearsal Schedule 4 - 1 March 2010
Unless otherwise indicated, rehearsals are at the Collège du Léman, Versoix This schedule covers the whole period from 2 March to 25 April. Some details (mostly not highlighted here) differ from those appearing in the original schedule issued in December 2009. Later schedules superseding this one will be issued as needed, with details of coming rehearsals and highlighting any significant changes from the previous schedule. Details of rehearsals from 2 to 9 March have changed compared with Rehearsal Schedule 3 – see the new details below.
Important change: Contrary to previous advice, the rehearsals originally planned for April 17 and 18 are now both maintained with their original timing; see below for times and venue.
Until 30 March: – all adult cast members (including Liesl) are on call for Tuesday and Thursday nights and for Saturdays and Sundays, subject to details set out below and/or in later schedules; – all 7 Von Trapp Children (including Liesl) are on call for Saturdays and Sundays, subject to details set out below and/or in later schedules. From 8 April, all adults and all children are on call for all rehearsals, subject to details set out below and/or in later schedules. It is particularly important for the whole cast to be available when Julian McNamara is present. Accompanists are, except where otherwise specified below or in later schedules:
Unavoidable absences should be notified in advance to Liz Williams, preferable by email sent to lizwilliams@geneva-link.ch or in writing on a piece of paper handed to her.
